To provide the most effective and efficient strength and conditioning program for all athletes and general population, by educating the client, increasing performance, decreasing the rate of injury, decreasing the prevalence of chronic diseases and conditions, and improving the quality of life. In addition to proving a safe environment, in which all participants will be able to achieve their greatest potential, both physically and mentally. This will be accomplished by the use of evidence-based practice of proven methods and techniques. All staff and management will operate within the ethical standards and guidelines established by the health and human performance field of study. Why us?

Our Strength & Conditioning Facility opened with the sole purpose of training the “athletically minded” individual. This facility is equipped  with more than enough weights including bumper plates, barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Our squat racks and Olympic lifting platforms are the foundation on which all of this weight is put to the test. This unique training facility is also equipped with plyoboxes, pull up bars, medicine balls, ropes, rower, and performance bands allowing for the implementation of  variety exercises to be utilized to maximize athletic performance.


Strength and Conditioning (Adult & Youth)

It's our hope that our methods of instruction will keep more young athletes motivated to participate in their sport of choice and that they will continue to grow in confidence and ability as they mature. Our athletic method focuses on essentials movement fundamentals for their entire body to best prepare young athletes for sport participation. An athletic fitness program is a fun and creative approach to improve abilities. Our programs breaks fundamentals down into nine athletic components essential for success in any sport. These components are flexibility, coordination, balance, endurance, strength, power, speed, quickness and agility. Our programs helps athletes improve in each of these nine areas, which results in well rounded physically and mentally prepared athlete.

Overall Fitness Class

Our overall fitness groups focus on developing:   Strength, Mobility & Flexibility, Cardiovascular Endurance & Muscular Endurance. Our goal is to help our clients improve personal health, performance, and the quality of life over the long term. Groups are kept small to ensure a low client to trainer ratio in order to allow our qualified and experienced trainers to instruct and coach closely and individualize training when appropriate. 

Class Schedule



We offer private training, and classes for Olympic weightlifting. Our coaches are certified under the USA Weightlifting Organization, which is the National Governing Body for the Olympic sport of Weightlifting, and the provider of coaching education for the sport of weightlifting under the United States Olympic Committee.

Weightlifting Classes

These classes are an opportunity to be coached and instructed on lifting technique. As a class member, you will be provided with a training program.

OMR Performance Weightlifting Team

Weightlifting team training is exclusively for competitive weightlifters.  Team members are selected by the team coach. If you are interested in trying out for the team please contact us.


We offer private training and classes for Powerlifting. Our coaches are certified under the United States Powerlifting Association (USPA) which is one of the leading powerlifting organization in the United States. It is the mission of the USPA to provide education, gym affiliation, and powerlifting competition of uniform high quality which is available to all athletes who meet the criteria for membership throughout the United States.

Powerlifting Classes

Our goal is to ensure that lifters are provided an opportunity and location to showcase the results of their efforts in a safe and competitive environment. These classes are an opportunity to train specifically for Powerlifting while being coached and instructed on lift technique. OMR Performance provides opportunities for a range of lifters from beginner to elite level. As a class member, you will be provided with a training program.

This gym has everything a person needs including three dead-lift platforms, five olympic weightlifing platforms, ER Combo racks, three power racks (full), deadlift bars, squat bars, full rack of dumbbells up to 110 lbs. (going even heavier in the near future), adjustable moveable benches etc. We continually add equipment and lifting devices of which you will not see in the other gyms and which are mostly acquired as a result of suggested input by our members. 

Unlike the corporate commercial gyms who turn a deaf ear to suggestions and complaints, we listen to our members and make the adjustments and additions. Our hopes are to outgrow our current location and move to a bigger facility.

Nutritional Consulting


We provide nutritional consulting and programming design for all goal sets. You will be provided with a customized nutritional plan designed to meet your personal goals with tools to track and communicate with your nutritional coach.

Minimum 3-month committment. Programs are non-refundable. Cancellation requires 30-day notice.

What do we offer?

We offer a  proven scientific approach to helping our clients achieve their dietary goals safely and effectively. The concept behind counting macronutrients, commonly known as "flexible dieting" or "iifym" is to ensure that you have the proper ratio of fats, carbs, and protein, without an emphasis on restriction dieting. This approach allows you to maintain energy and muscle growth while modifying your body for the better.

We help you gain control of your diet. We work with you to develop an individualized program to reach your potential.

Macronutrient precision is necessary to lose body fat and gain lean muscle mass. Want to be the best athlete you can be, or optimize your performance? Then, you must be aware of what, and how much of that "what" you're eating. Precision is also important in developing a positive relationship with food.

How does it work?

  1. Once you sign up you will receive an e-mail welcoming you to the program.

  2. The welcome e-mail includes a questionnaire for you to complete, allowing us to create a program suited to your goals.

  3. You will then submit your questionnaire and send us your photos as instructed.

  4. Your coach has up to 5 days to review your questionnaire and photos and create your initial program.

  5. Next you will receive your program with all the info you need on how to get started.

  6. Every week you have one formal check in with your coach.

  7. You can message your coach any time with quick questions or concerns. Once your program has started, any questions you have will be responded to within 24 hours.

  8. Follow the program, check in with your coach, and see the transformation.

What if I haven't counted macros before? What are macros? 

Not a problem! Your program will give you a detailed description on the rules and "how to's" of counting macros, alleviating any concerns and answering any initial questions. Upon receiving your program your coach is available to you 24/7 to help ensure a smooth and simple transition.


Program Design Only

We provide individualize program design for Olympic Weightlifting, Strength and Conditioning, and General Fitness. Programming is done by the OMR Performance coach. Every program is based on the individual taking into consideration goals, needs, and modification for any physical limitations. Depending on your goal, the length of your program may vary. 

All program design includes app communication between you and the coach to check in periodically.

Video review for technique feedback is an additional service that can be added to your program. 

Program Design with Video Review

Includes all program design features, but with the addition of 1 daily video review for the duration of your program. You will send a video each day to your coach (up to 10 minutes long), and your coach will give you technique feedback, and or make the necessary modifications to your program.

I started training with Omar almost 3 months ago. I had knee problems. Omar knows what he is doing. He got me to do exercises to reinforce my knee, as well as my back before lauching into anything strenuous. Once my knee got strong and no longer hurt, he has now added more weight and resistance.
